Electron Beam Crosslinking
We use our own electron beams to cure the jackets on all of our products — making them tough, UV-resistant, weld-spatter resistant, and incredibly durable in demanding manufacturing environments.
Curing Composites With High-Energy Electrons
Electron beam cross linking can cure a wide range of composites. High-energy electrons pass through the polymer jacket and create new bonds between molecular chains — a process called crosslinking.
The result is a material that behaves completely differently from where it started: dramatically tougher, more heat- and chemical-resistant, and far more durable. Because we run our own beams, we can crosslink in house as part of our normal production flow.

Why Crosslinked Jackets Win
Heat Resistance
Crosslinked polymers withstand far higher temperatures without deforming or melting.
UV Resistance
Cured jackets hold up to sunlight and outdoor exposure without breaking down.
Weld-Spatter Proof
Surfaces shrug off molten spatter, a must for welding and cutting environments.
Abrasion Resistance
A denser molecular structure resists cuts, scrapes, and mechanical wear.
Chemical Stability
Improved resistance to oils, solvents, and aggressive shop-floor chemicals.
Longer Service Life
Tougher jackets mean fewer failures and a longer life in the field.
From Extrusion to Cured Product
Design & Extrude
We extrude the jacket compound over your conductor or assembly to spec.
Beam Exposure
The product passes through our electron beam, where high-energy electrons penetrate the polymer.
Crosslinking
The beam forms new molecular bonds — crosslinks — that transform the material's properties.
Verify & Ship
We validate the cured product against your requirements and ship it ready to perform.
